![]() Aaron Alizadeh, MD is the lead sub-investigator at our Decatur office. During Fellowship, Dr. Alizadeh worked in Dr. Mamoru Shoji’s lab evaluating drug conjugation with tissue factor expressing tumor cells. Before relocating to Atlanta, he worked as a faculty member for the William Beaumont Hospital Medical Oncology Fellowship Program and participated in clinical trial work with Beaumont’s NCI-designated Community Clinical Oncology Program. Dr. Alizadeh is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. “As an oncologist, I believe I have a responsibility to contribute towards research. He has been a National Cancer Institute investigator since 1992, the Principal Investigator for over forty oncology clinical trials, the Leader of the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Lung Cancer Research Working Group from 2014 through 2017, and a member of the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology Group. |

Dr. Schueneman obtained his undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering. He is a retired Lieutenant Commander from the medical corps of the U.S. Navy. |
