GCS Physicians Featured in WellStar Advertising Campaign

Drs. Bordoni and Goldsweig to be in Health Systems’ Ads

Beginning in late September, Georgia Cancer Specialists (GCS) physicians Dr. Rodolfo Bordoni and Dr. Bruce Goldsweig will be featured in print advertisements for WellStar Health Systems. The ads will be a part of WellStar’s “We Believe…” campaign.

GCS, the largest private oncology/hematology practice in the Southeast, has offices in WellStar hospitals in Cobb, Douglasville, and Kennestone in Marietta.

“I am happy to be a part an ad campaign that will promote the WellStar healthcare system,” said Dr. Bordoni. 

An ad featuring Dr. Bordoni promotes a community open house event at the WellStar Cancer Center at Kennestone, which will be held on October 2, 2005 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The $9.6 million, 59,000 square foot comprehensive cancer center, which houses the GCS Kennestone office, opened in April of 2005.

The Kennestone advertisements will be featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Cherokee Tribune, the Dallas New Era, the Douglas County Sentinel, and the Marietta Daily Journal.
