Georgia Cancer Specialists Hosts 14th Annual Magic of Life Celebration for Cancer Survivors

2,000 Survivors and Guests Attend Event at Stone Mountain

More than 2,000 cancer survivors and their guests attended the Georgia Cancer Specialists (GCS) 14 th annual Magic of Life (MOL) celebration Sunday, October 10 at Stone Mountain Park The largest cancer survivor event in the South, MOL gives survivors a chance to join together and celebrate their triumphs and successes in the fight against the disease.

Dr. Bruce Feinberg, CEO/President of GCS, said MOL has deep importance and significance.

“Overcoming and surviving cancer is a tremendous feat, and this event brings survivors together to celebrate their remarkable accomplishments,” he said. “We were very pleased with the turnout and everybody had a great time.”

This year, MOL was a picnic-style event at the Stone Mountain Park outdoor sports pavilion. Survivors and their guest received a free pass for lunch, entrance to the park, and access to park activities. Survivors also received a free t-shirt.
