April showers. Allergies. Baseball.
It is clear that Spring is in full swing.
And if you’re like me, you’re ready for some spring cleaning.
But as we rummage through our attics, clean out the garage, and toss the things we don’t need, let’s not forget that spring time is also a great time to clean up our health.
When was the last time you saw your physician for a check up? How about the last time you went out for a run, maybe a swim, or even a brisk walk?
Did you know that exercise helps us avoid numerous diseases, like heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
And it feels great too!
So this spring, don’t just clean out your attic, clean up your health: see your doctor and get in shape. It’ll put a spring in your step.
