Did you know that five U.S. Presidents have survived cancer?
Great men like FDR, Eisenhower, and Reagan heard the words “You have cancer” and continued to serve our country at the highest level.
And there’s no reason why you or your loved ones can’t succeed after a cancer diagnosis too.
Because today, cancer is no longer a death sentence, but a disease many people are living with like heart disease or diabetes. By 2010, 13 million Americans will be alive and well—and doing great things—despite a history of cancer.
It’s true: cancer can touch anyone, even the president, but everyone has a fighting chance.
So this week, as we celebrate Presidents’ Day, let us honor our leaders who have overcome enormous obstacles on their paths to greatness. And let’s remember that we can do it too.
This is Dr. Bruce Feinberg. Be well.
