Being a cancer doctor can be very rewarding, but one downside is that I interact with patients one at a time, and only after they’ve been diagnosed with cancer.

For the past 30 weeks, I’ve talked with thousands of you, many of whom have never had cancer.

Hopefully, I’ve dispelled a few myths, filtered fact from fiction, and defined what Georgia Cancer Specialists calls “The Cancer Answer.”

At Georgia Cancer Specialists, “The Cancer Answer” includes prevention, early detection, advanced treatment, clinical research, support services, and compassionate caregivers in communities across Georgia.

Over the years, we’ve watched so many of our patients’ journeys lead them to their own Cancer Answers: Spending more time with their grandchildren; Taking their first trip to Europe; Dancing at their daughter’s wedding.

Whatever your “cancer answer,” we want you to achieve it.
