Spring Cleaning

This week we enter the spring season, and if you’re like me, you’re ready for some spring cleaning.

But as we rummage through our attics clean out the garage, and toss out the things we don’t need, let’s not forget that spring time is also a great time to clean up our health.

When was the last time you saw your physician for a check up? How about the last time you went out for a run, maybe a swim, or even a brisk walk?

Can you remember when you last worked up a good sweat? You know, you’re never too old to get a little exercise.

Exercise has been proven to help us avoid numerous diseases, like heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

And it helps you feel great too!

So this spring, don’t just clean out your attic, clean up your health: see your doctor and get in shape. It’ll put a spring in your step.
