If you’re a late-night channel surfer like me, you’ve seen lots of those weight loss products sold on TV.
The newest flavor of the month is hoodia, the main ingredient in TrimSpa, Hoodoba, and a number of other dietary supplements.
Hoodia is a plant found in South Africa’s Kalahari Desert.
The truth is that P57, hoodia’s ingredient that shuts down hunger signals, is rarely found in today’s popular supplements.
Instead, you get a lesser product with little if any P57, or a product that’s saturated with a host of unproven and possibly even dangerous weight-loss ingredients.
Don’t get hoodwinked.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, eat healthy, exercise regularly, and stay away from the supplements, whether they are organic or not, no matter what the infomercials tell you.
